We are excited to offer a fun-filled Smile Rewards program! We want to make sure our patients get rewarded for all of their effort during orthodontic treatment. Patients get to have fun earning points in our office and on the Rewards HUB app. These points get uploaded on to their rewards card and can be cashed in for gift cards to their favorite stores.

LET’S GET STARTED!

Step 1:

Download Patient Rewards Hub on an iOS or Android smart device. Create an account using your Rewards Number that can be found on the back of your card. Already have an account? Go ahead and sign in!

Step 2:

Earn Points! There’s opportunity to earn points at every scheduled appointment. You can also earn some bonus points by participating in our monthly contests.

Step 3:

Check your points in the app to see when you’re eligible to redeem your points for a gift card! Points are only redeemable through the app.
